Meet David
and Christine.
David photographs. Christine directs. Most studios send one person. We work together, because getting a great headshot isn't just about the camera.
David has been photographing people since 2016 — portraits, street work, landscapes. His prints have shown at galleries including Saatchi. That instinct for when a moment is real, and when it isn't, is what he brings to every headshot session.
Christine is an actor, director, and screenwriter with an MFA and credits in film, television, and commercials. In a session, she's running the room — directing your expression, catching the crease in your jacket, smoothing a flyaway. David's eye is in the viewfinder. Christine's is everywhere else. Her job is to make sure you look like the best version of yourself.
Oh, we're also married.

How We Work
Start with the brief
We start by listening. What the images are for, where they'll live, and how you want to come across. Whether you're leading a company, building a brand, or pitching yourself creatively, the brief shapes everything that follows.
While we're taking photos
Sessions are collaborative and we bring the energy. We give you clear direction, and stay responsive to what's working. We're thinking about light, posture, expression, and movement.
Refine in real time
We shoot tethered, so you see the images coming in as we go. If something's missing or not working, we fix it. When something is working, we push it further. That back-and-forth is how we get images people actually want to use, not just approve.
Finish cleanly
Too many headshots have been over-retouched. Skin smoothed to the point where people stop looking like themselves. We take the opposite approach — we see what works first, and we don't go looking for flaws. The edit should be invisible.
