On-location for corporate teams in NJ

Corporate headshotsin Princeton, NJ

On-location headshot programs for leadership teams and corporate offices across the Princeton corridor and New Jersey. We come out for team and multi-day shoots, not single sessions.

How we work

Built for volumein live workplaces.

We've spent years working in active professional environments: law firms, financial institutions, life sciences, corporate offices, and event spaces. We understand what makes a high-volume shoot work in a live workplace.

Limited control over space. Subjects who are time-sensitive and camera-shy. The need to balance speed with quality across dozens or hundreds of people in a single day.

Our setup is compact, our process is tested, and our crew can scale from a small leadership shoot to a full crew for multi-office programs. Recent comparable work includes multi-week corporate portraiture for a global law firm and ongoing portrait work for a global investment bank delivered via a London creative agency.

"They have a rare ability to put even the most high-strung and camera-averse individuals at ease, resulting in photos that feel both polished and genuinely natural."

Crew and kit

Built to scalewithout losing the room.

Every shoot is led by David and Christine. Between Christine's warmth and David's terrible Dad jokes, people are usually laughing within the first few minutes of meeting us.

For larger jobs we scale the crew up. Where local support is needed, we draw from a trusted network of industry contacts we've worked with personally.

David, Photographer

Photographer and creative director on every session. Over a decade of corporate, editorial, and team work across NYC and beyond.

Christine, Director

Actor, screenwriter, directing background. Brings the performance side of the work, with years of being on the wrong side of a lens herself feeding into how she gets people to relax.

Lighting and Technical Crew

A complete kit travels to every location, run on battery power so we are not dependent on building electrics. A locked color grade after day one keeps results consistent across multi-day programs.

Project Management

For multi-office and multi-day programs, a dedicated project manager runs scheduling, image tracking, and communications across every location.

Insurance and Building Access

Full professional liability with umbrella coverage. We meet the requirements of major corporate buildings and confirm certificate of insurance ahead of every shoot day.

Before you book

Common questionsfrom corporate buyers.

The questions we get most often from corporate communications, marketing, and HR teams scoping a team headshot day in NJ.

How much lead time do you need?

We are often able to accommodate shoots within a week or two for single-day jobs, especially for repeat clients or when dates are flexible. Multi-day programs across multiple offices benefit from more lead time, typically a few weeks, to coordinate scheduling, scouting, and crew. Tell us your timeline and we will work to it.

What insurance do you carry?

We carry full professional liability insurance with umbrella coverage. We provide certificates of insurance to building management ahead of every shoot day and meet the requirements of major corporate buildings.

How do you keep results consistent across multiple days or offices?

We bring our own complete lighting kit to every location and run a uniform lighting setup. After the first shoot day we lock a color grade with the client for approval. Every subsequent image is graded against that approved baseline. This is the single biggest operational priority on a multi-day program and it is where most volume shoots come undone.

Can you handle scheduling and subject coordination?

The schedule is best run by a single point of contact at your office who knows the team. We provide the slot structure (10, 20, or 40 minute blocks by tier) and a tracking spreadsheet. For larger programs we can provide a producer to run subject flow on the day at additional cost.

Where are you based and how does Princeton work logistically?

We are based in New York City with studios in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Princeton is a regular destination for us and travel is built into the project quote. For multi-day NJ programs we typically stay locally to keep the crew fresh and arrive early.
